The Management Team

The Management Team are responsible for the day to day running of the Band. The Team is made up of members of the Band and bring with them a wealth of experience and management and administrative skills sets to ensure the smooth running of rehearsals and concerts throughout the calendar year. Each member of the Management Team is integral to the Band's operational capability and they fulfil an important role towards the overall success of the Band.

Charlotte Heyward

Events and Social Media Manager, Marketing Team

Charlie plays the Alto Sax and is the Band's Events and Social Media Manager and member of the Marketing Team. She is training to be a teacher and is one of the youngest members of the Band.

Heather Sprowell

Chief Librarian

Heather is the Band's Piccolo and 2nd Flute. She has many years experience of playing music with Naval Bands and is a very welcome member of the Management Team.

Eva Buts

Logistics and Security Manager. Social Media Team Member

Eva is our lively and characterful second Bassoonist. She is also the Band's Logistics and Security Manager where she brings a sense of fun and vibrancy to the Management Team.

Alison Baldwin

Assistant Librarian

Ali plays the Tenor Sax and she is the Band's Assistant Librarian. She is a very important member of the Band, providing us with delicious fudge from her family's fudge factory!

Michael Pope

Property and Uniforms Manager

Mike plays second trumpet in the Concert Band and as the band's Property Manager is a very welcome addition to the Management Team

Bill Hunt

Stage Production Manager, Marketing Team

Bill plays Trumpet in the Concert Band and is the Stage Production Manager. He runs a local theatre group, The Dartmouth Players and is a business owner. He started playing the trumpet in brass bands at the age of 13.
