The Brass Quintet performed in the Wardroom at BRNC for a 30th Reunion Dinner that included the current Captain of BRNC, Captain Roger Readwin. The Quintet played a selection of popular pieces including Someone to Watch Over Me, Sandman, The Great Escape, A Summer Place and there was even an upbeat Baroque section which including Trumpet Tune, Trumpet Voluntary, Handels Air in F and Bouree in D. Once the Port was flowing, the evening was rounded off with some rousing sea shanties and stirring Naval favourites including, Spanish Ladies, Drunken Sailor, Hearts of Oak and of course, Rule Britannia.
